This episode dives into one of the most important topics of our lifetime… the rise of artificial intelligence or “AI” as it is called. This is actually not a new thing. AI has been around a long time but is just not being thrust into the forefront of the global stage. Is it a good thing… a bad thing… the beginning of the end of us? In this episode, part one of two to be exact, we look briefly at the beginnings of AI, some of the major players in its development, the super computers that are hastening their growth, and more.

Toward the end of this episode, we do a short audio interview with an AI… ChatGPT. We invite you to draw your own conclusions about his responses… 🙂 in this case, we chose one of the available male voices to talk with, thus my reference to “him.”
